TONE UP THROUGH THE TREADMILL

UTILIZE A REPORT CARD
Keep your self motivated with the use of a fitness report card. Your fitness report card should contain your improvements and performances in the area of muscle conditioning, cardio, attitude and flexibility. HAVE A BREAK
